Detail Information
The Regatta Jakarta is a mixed-use development featuring 11 skyscrapers overlooking the Java Sea in Pluit, Jakarta, Indonesia. The project consists of 10 apartment towers, a five-star hotel, serviced apartments, and an Aqua Park. It is the only residential area in Jakarta that offers parking for both cars and yachts. The master plan, designed by Tom Wright, the architect of the iconic Burj Al Arab, spans 11 hectares and includes a 2.4-hectare water park within the complex. The tallest tower, a 163-meter hotel with 40 floors, stands as a landmark, while all the towers are named after major port cities around the world, each oriented towards their respective city's cardinal direction.
The Regatta Jakarta offers spacious, luxurious two- and three-bedroom apartments, each fully furnished with high-quality items to ensure comfort for its residents. Positioned away from the city's noise and boasting stunning sea views, it is one of Jakarta's premier luxury residences with premium pricing. Designed with a maritime theme that represents elegant sailing yachts, the complex's architecture is a brilliant realization of this concept by Atkins, the firm behind Burj Al Arab. Regatta has become a symbol of Jakarta and has won the prestigious Prix d'Excellence from the International Real Estate Federation, FIABCI, for outstanding architectural design.
