Menara Bidakara 1 is a Grade B office building located in the Central Business District of Jakarta, with a total building area of 28,000 m². The building has 22 floors and is equipped with 5 elevators divided into three zones: Low Zone, Mid Zone, and High Zone, along with a dedicated service lift. It is conveniently situated near shopping centers such as Kota Kasablanka, Kuningan City, and Kalibata Mall. The building offers 1,200 parking spaces for tenants and visitors, as well as supporting facilities including ATMs, a food court, restaurants, a minimarket, and a bank.
The Bidakara Complex, an abbreviation for Bank Indonesia Dana Pensiun dan Kesejahteraan Karyawan, consists of three main buildings: Menara Bidakara 1, Menara Bidakara 2, and the Binasentra Building. Standing on a 158,627 m² site, the complex began construction in October 1996 and was inaugurated on February 28, 1998, by Bank Indonesia Governor Syahril Sabirin. The project was developed by PT Fajar Mekar Indah, with building management handled by PT Mekar Prana Indah. The architecture of Menara Bidakara was a collaboration between Gubah Laras, Tetra Hendra, and Atelier 6, resulting in a grand yet elegant design.
