Graha Irama

Graha Irama is a Grade B office building located in the heart of Jakarta's Central Business District, with a total building area of 31,100 square meters. The building is situated at Jalan HR. Rasuna Said Blok X - 2 Kav 1 - 2 and consists of 18 floors. Its strategic location is near shopping centers like Kuningan City, Mal Ambassador, and ITC Kuningan. The building is equipped with 9 elevators divided into two zones: low zone and high zone, along with a dedicated service lift.

Initially, the building was known as Times Square when it began operations in 1993, before being renamed Graha Irama in 1995. Designed by the Australian architecture firm Cameron Chisholm Nicol, the building’s contractor was Tata Mulia Nusantara. Additionally, the average floor area in Graha Irama is 1,727.78 square meters per floor.
