Jakarta MORI Tower

Jakarta Mori Tower, located in the heart of Jakarta's central business district near the Semanggi Interchange on Jalan Sudirman, is a 266-meter-tall tower with 58 floors and a total floor area of 184,230m². It offers some of the largest office floor plates in Jakarta, with each standard lease area covering approximately 2,300m², and a total office space of 88,700m². Designed with three-meter-high ceilings and a column-free layout, the tower provides a luxurious open space environment to accommodate the diverse needs of global companies. Jakarta Mori Tower is also expected to become the first building in Indonesia to receive WELL Core Gold certification, recognizing its contribution to the health and well-being of its occupants.

The tower has also earned the Green Mark certification from Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in August 2019, with the goal of achieving Platinum status. This certification acknowledges the building's energy efficiency, achieved through the use of materials with high thermal insulation and heat protection properties, as well as advanced energy-saving equipment. The adoption of a Variable Air Volume (VAV) system allows for precise temperature control across 30 to 33 zones per floor, reducing overall energy consumption by the air conditioning system. Security is enhanced with facial recognition at entry points, and elevators are equipped with a Destination Control System (DCS), enabling a seamless, contactless flow from the security gates to private office entrances.
