Menara Imperium

Menara Imperium is a Grade B office building located in the Central Business District, the heart of Jakarta. With a total building area of 51,000 square meters, this office tower is situated at Jl. HR. Rasuna Said Kav 1. Previously known as Empire Tower, this building is a prominent choice for office space rentals in the area. The building was constructed from August 1993 to December 1996, and officially inaugurated in March 1996. The developer of this project is PT Pacific Metro Realty, a company specializing in property development and building management.

Designed by Architects Pacific Limited and PT Arkipuri Mitra, the structural and civil engineering work was handled by Skilling Ward Magnusson Barkshire Inc and PT Perkasa Carista Estetika. The mechanical and electrical engineering was carried out by Norman Disney & Young in collaboration with PT Meco Systech Internusa. The tower stands on a land area of 8,898 square meters, with a total building area of 81,153 square meters and 39 floors. Menara Imperium is also recognized as the first skyscraper in the integrated Kuningan Persada area.
