The Energy Building

The Energy Tower is a Grade A office building located in the heart of Jakarta's central business district, precisely at Jl. Jenderal Sudirman Kav 52-53 Lot 11, SCBD. This building has a total area of 65,774 square meters and consists of 43 floors, within walking distance of Pacific Place and Plaza Senayan. The Energy Tower is equipped with 17 elevators divided into three zones: Low Zone, Mid Zone, and High Zone, along with a dedicated service lift.

Completed in 2008 by developer PT Api Metra Graha (AMG), which was later acquired by PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk in 2015, the building was designed by international architects Kohn Pedersen Fox in collaboration with local architects Atelier 6, with structural engineering by Wiratman Associates. Each floor spans between 1,500 and 1,600 square meters, offering office spaces for lease with luxurious facilities and elegant interiors designed to enhance productivity. Additionally, there are 22 elevators, including 15 Port Technology System Elevators, 1 executive elevator, 4 parking elevators, and 2 service elevators to support the mobility of tenants and visitors.
