Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, part of Anywhere (NYSE: HOUS), is continuing its successful “Dream” ad campaign throughout the 2024 football season in the United States. The 30-second ads air on Thursday evenings on a streaming platform, featuring city matchups such as Dallas vs. NYC and DC vs. Philly. These ads pose the question, “When you’re looking for your next place to live, how do you find the perfect place for you?” They highlight the unique qualities of each city and encourage viewers to use the Coldwell Banker Move Meter tool, which helps compare factors like cost and quality of living between cities. The Move Meter, rated as the top real estate tool, assists buyers and sellers in making informed decisions.
Data from the Move Meter shows that the top cities people are searching to move to this year are Charlotte, NC; Austin, TX; and a tie between New York and Tampa, FL for third place. Coldwell Banker’s ad campaign has been recognized as the top real estate ad for 12 consecutive years by ACE Metrix. Last year, the campaign was the second most effective ad during Thursday night football, demonstrating a strong connection with viewers.
In addition to the ads, the Move Meter Match-Up series will be featured as pre-game content and on social media, comparing cities in real estate terms based on football matchups. This series encourages viewers to use Coldwell Banker’s Move Meter tool on their website and agent pages.
