AXA Tower

AXA Tower, a prominent Grade A office building located in the heart of Jakarta, is situated on Jl. Prof Dr. Satrio, Kuningan, South Jakarta. Developed by PT Arah Sejahtera Abadi, a subsidiary of Agung Podomoro Land, this tower was initially known as Oval Kuningan. It was renamed AXA Tower after its main tenant, AXA General Insurance, which occupies approximately fourteen floors of the building.

The 46-story AXA Tower stands on a 2.9-hectare plot and is equipped with fifteen public elevators, a service lift, executive restrooms on every floor, and high-speed internet connectivity. The building also features 24-hour CCTV surveillance. Additionally, AXA Tower offers extensive facilities, including the Kuningan Skyhall, a multifunctional space that can accommodate around 2,500 people. The building also hosts several banking halls, including Bank Mandiri, BCA, BRI, and CIMB Niaga. With a spacious parking area capable of accommodating approximately 3,200 cars, AXA Tower provides ample convenience for both tenants and visitors.
