Prosperity Tower

Prosperity Tower is a new premium office building located in the heart of Jakarta's Central Business District (CBD). It is one of two office towers in District 8, the other being Treasury Tower. Prosperity Tower boasts a total building area of 70,950 square meters and is located at Jl. Senopati Raya No. 8 Lot 28. District 8 is a fully integrated business complex with multiple office towers, developed by Agung Sedayu Group, a leading property developer in Indonesia since 1971. Treasury Tower, the second tallest skyscraper in Jakarta, is also part of District 8, standing at 279.5 meters with 57 floors and a total building area of 132,992 square meters.
