Sopo Del Tower

Sopo Del is an office building consisting of two towers, Sopo Del Tower A and Tower B, located in the heart of Jakarta, in the Mega Kuningan area. The building sits on a 1.7-hectare plot developed by PT Toba Pengembang Sejahtera and was constructed by PT Waskita Karya in 2014, completed in 2017, and officially began operations in 2018. The design of Sopo Del was inspired by the Batak Toba culture of North Sumatra. Sopo Del Tower A has a total building area of 64,000 square meters with 42 floors, where each floor covers an average of 1,523.81 square meters. The building is equipped with 18 elevators for efficient mobility.

Meanwhile, Sopo Del Tower B has a total building area of 24,300 square meters with 18 floors. Each floor has an average area of 1,350 square meters. The building is equipped with 12 elevators divided into two zones, low zone and high zone, with each zone having 4 elevators. Additionally, there are 2 car park lifts, 1 service lift, and 1 executive lift for easy access throughout the building.
