Equity Tower

Equity Tower is a Grade A office building located in the heart of Jakarta's Central Business District, specifically at Jl. Jenderal Sudirman Kav 52-53, within the strategic Golden Triangle area. Standing at 220 meters tall, this skyscraper is one of the tallest buildings in Jakarta, offering 50 floors that house various companies. With a total building area of 82,000 square meters and an average floor area of around 1,600 square meters, Equity Tower provides premium office space in a prime location, making it a top choice for businesses operating in the city center.

Developed by PT Danayasa Arthatama Tbk, Equity Tower sits on a 142,202 square meter plot and was designed by DP Architects PTE Ltd, a design consultancy firm from Singapore. The construction of the building began in 2007 and was completed in 2010. One of the key features of the tower is the Building Automatic System (BAS), which integrates various systems and features within the building through computer control. With its modern design, strategic location, and advanced technology, Equity Tower stands as one of the most prestigious office buildings in Jakarta.
