GKM Green Tower

GKM Tower is a new Grade B office building located in the CBD area of T.B. Simatupang, Jakarta, with a total building area of 17,000 m². Situated at Jl. TB Simatupang Kav 89 G, the building offers both strata title and rental office spaces, ranging from 100 to 1,000 square meters. GKM Tower comprises 23 floors, featuring various office and non-office facilities. The development of GKM Tower was handled by PT Lestari Kirana Persada, a subsidiary of PT Total Bangun Persada, in collaboration with PT Graha Kirana Megah. PT Total Bangun Persada, a well-established name in the construction industry, began the construction of GKM Tower in 2011 and completed it in 2014.

GKM Tower adopts a green building concept, which has been recognized with certifications from the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) and BCA Green Mark Singapore.
