About Mayapada Tower
Detail Information
Mayapada Tower 1, originally known as Wisma Bank Dharmala, is an office building that has been standing since 1992. In 2005, the building underwent a change in ownership and was renamed Mayapada Tower 1. Following this, the building underwent a complete renovation, both in its exterior and interior. The redesign, carried out by Tata Nusa Tiara Internasional, a branch of Japan's T & T International, gave the building a more boxy shape at the top corners and updated its cladding to a modern blue finish. Mayapada Tower 1 is a 22-story Grade B office building with a total area of 27,000 square meters, and an average floor size of 1,227.27 square meters, making it a representative and functional office space.
Mayapada Tower 2, initially known as Menara Bank Bali, was constructed in 1993. The building was designed and built by Shimizu Indonesia in collaboration with Tritunggal Kania Utama for its structure and architecture. In 2010, it was renamed Mayapada Tower 2 after a change in ownership. This 24-story Grade B office building offers a total area of 29,000 square meters, with an average floor size of 1,208.33 square meters. Both towers provide quality Grade B office spaces in a strategic location, making them ideal choices for companies seeking office space in Jakarta.
