Mega Plaza

Mega Plaza is a Grade C office building located in the heart of Jakarta's Central Business District, specifically at Jl. HR. Rasuna Said Kav C3. The building has a total area of 12,783 square meters and consists of 12 floors. Developed by PT. Mega Plaza, a subsidiary of Group Sukandamulia, the construction of the building was carried out by PT. Total Bangun Persada, a contractor with extensive experience since 1970, having built over 800 structures, including apartments, office buildings, and universities.

Construction of Mega Plaza began in 1990 and was completed in December 1991, taking a total of 18 months. The building was designed by PT. Pacific Dhika Nuansa, with structural design by Rematha Optima. Despite being an older building, Mega Plaza continues to offer well-maintained facilities, making it a viable option for businesses seeking office space in Jakarta's prime business area.
