Mid Plaza 2

Mid Plaza 1 and Mid Plaza 2 are office buildings that are part of the MidPlaza Holdings superblock, which is claimed to be the first of its kind in Indonesia. This superblock includes two office buildings, a hotel, and apartments, offering a comprehensive mix of facilities. Mid Plaza 1, with its slab shape and modern architectural style featuring curved elements, was established in 1988. The building was designed by Shimizu Corporation, and its construction was handled by JO Shimizu Dextam.

Mid Plaza 2, on the other hand, was completed in 1995 and designed by the Australian architectural firm Cameron Chisholm Nicol in collaboration with Shimizu Lampiri. The upper structure of this building was also constructed by JO Shimizu Dextam. Mid Plaza 1 consists of 18 floors with a total building area of 23,000 square meters, and an average floor size of 1,277.78 square meters, classified as a Grade B office building. Mid Plaza 2 is a 25-story Grade B office building with a total area of 27,000 square meters, and an average floor size of approximately 1,080 square meters. Both buildings are integral parts of the MidPlaza superblock, offering modern and functional office spaces in a prime location.
