Wisma BNI 46

Wisma 46, also known as BNI 46, is a Grade A office building located in Jakarta's Central Business District, specifically at Jl. Jend Sudirman Kav 1. With a total building area of 87,000 square meters, this 262-meter-tall skyscraper is one of Jakarta's iconic structures. Wisma 46 (BNI 46) is part of the 15-hectare BNI City complex, which also includes Casa Domaine Condominium, Shangri-La Residences, and Shangri-La Hotel. The building began operations in 1996 and was developed by PT Swadharma Primautama, a joint venture between Yayasan Dana Pensiun BNI, Salim Group, and Lyman Group.

The unique architectural design of Wisma 46 (BNI 46), created by Zeidler Roberts Partnership and DP Architects Private Ltd., gives it a distinctive identity. The building's shape, which resembles the sail of a pinisi ship from the base to the top, and its curved pinnacle, often likened to a pen tip, make it a recognizable landmark in Jakarta.
