World Capital Tower

World Capital Tower (WCT) is a new Grade A premium office building located in the Central Business District, at Jl. Lingkar Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta. With a total building area of 57,000 square meters, this elite office tower has become a prime destination for major companies, including those in IT, e-commerce, and startups. Developed by PT Mega Kuningan Pinnacle, a joint venture between Mega Kuningan International and Pollux Properties, WCT was completed in early 2019. The building was designed by Aedas Ltd in collaboration with PT Townland International, with interior design by Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA). With its "The Global Financial Landmark" concept, WCT has become an iconic part of the Mega Kuningan area.

Known not only for its luxury but also for its advanced technology, WCT features 19-millimeter-thick explosion-proof glass in the lobby and specially designed concrete shear walls capable of withstanding earthquakes up to 8.5 on the Richter scale. The building stands on a 70,000 square meter site, with a height of 244.3 meters and 54 floors. It is equipped with various state-of-the-art security features, including metal detectors in the lobby. With its cutting-edge facilities and technology, World Capital Tower is one of the most prestigious office buildings in Jakarta.
